Happy 3rd Birthday, Drake
Dane woke up slightly earlier and climbed into bed with us. We rehearsed Dane saying "1, 2, 3" and us singing happy birthday when Drake came in to join us. What Drake did was not expected: he got embarrassed and got low to the ground and crawled (military style) to our bed and hid under there. We coached him out with presents.
We then spent the day at the Water Park at Six Flags, came home home had a small party. He enjoyed us singing to him this time. Maybe the cake had him preoccupied.
The following day was his party at the train station where Dane had his 3rd birthday as well. Lots of Drake's friends from school and church joined us as well as grandparents and our good friends.
This time he joined us in singing.
We were even fortunate enough to have a spot next to Dane's hand print (after 2 years) to put Drake's hand print. A fun time for all.

The boys had their 4th birthday there. Love that place & how they put the birthday kids handprints on the walls. Hope the school year is going well for you guys. The boys have awesome teachers again this year. Heathers wedding is in 2 weeks - yahoo!! We are all so excited about it.
